Bungling Walz Turned Blind Eye To Brazen $250M COVID Charity Fraud

What is it with the left’s apparent obsession with being the ultimate pot that calls the kettle black?

Top presidential candidate Donald Trump is repeatedly assailed, over and over again, for his apparent “lies” and “fraud.”

The left repeats these claims so often, especially through their media lapdogs, that they seem to think endless repetition will become de facto truth for individuals who are generally devoid of critical thought.

Either that, or the left repeats the claims endlessly about Trump in order to distract from their own rather obvious malfeasance.

After all, just consider the rather troubling stories that are emerging left and right about Walz in the media.

Not only is a huge percentage of Walz’s family apparently against him taking any sort of leadership position in the government, per rather intriguing revelations over the past few days, but Walz has also now been linked to a fraud worth a quarter of a billion dollars.

That’s right: billion.

And, rather humorously, that fraud is linked to none other than the COVID pandemic, the pitiable gift that just keeps on giving … and giving … and giving.

According to a stunning report from the New York Post, Walz has been subpoenaed with regards to a $250 million COVID-19 relief fraud scheme that occurred on his watch.

Rather humorously, the hundreds of millions in “relief” funds were distributed through the state’s education department to a fraudulent Minneapolis-based nonprofit, Feeding Our Future.

Rather than feeding children, “Feeding Our Future” apparently feasted on real estate across Turkey and Kenya.

Nice to know that taxpayer funds were used for obvious money laundering purposes.

Indeed, it appears that the so-called “Minnesota Department of Education’s (MDE) administration of federal child nutrition programs (FCNP)” didn’t do very much due diligence, which is exactly how upwards of a quarter of a billion dollars in taxpayer funds were stolen.

Which is also precisely why the House Education and Workforce Committee subpoenaed Walz, given his apparent blind eye to massive COVID fraud.

Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) made it crystal clear that Walz should have known better, which is rather evident in a scathing letter that accompanied the subpoena.

“Statements in the press by you and your representatives indicate that you and other executive officers were involved, or had knowledge of, MDE’s administration of the FCNP and responsibilities and actions regarding the massive fraud,” Foxx asserted.

Yes.

And, quite humorously, Walz’s initial moves to intervene in the fraud were met with cries of “racism.”

So, rather than be labeled a “racist,” Walz let the race-baiting “charity workers” steal upwards of $250M instead.

Which was promptly diverted to various real estate holdings in Kenya, Turkey, and elsewhere.

“The Committee must now compel the production of responsive documents that will show the extent of the actions taken by you and your administration relating to MDE’s administration of the FCNP and the extent of your responsibilities and actions addressing the massive fraud that resulted in the abuse of taxpayer dollars intended for hungry children,” Foxx warned.

The letter, along with their accompanying subpoena, may be read in their entirety here.

It will be interesting to see whether or not Walz complies … or even acknowledges the subpoena in the first place.

After all, Dems have made it rather clear that they are above the law …
