It’s about time that quite a few heinous cartels began to feel the same type of fear they routinely inspire within others.
Especially as these merciless cartels are apparently wising up to the very real prospect of a direct confrontation with the American military.
As reported by Blaze Media, the threat of direct confrontation with the U.S. military has left murderous cartel members ironically fearful for their lives.
And, apparently, numerous cartel leaders felt quite comfortable sounding off to an array of liberal-leaning media outlets.
These outlets strangely seem to have the ability to communicate directly with terrorist spokesmen, especially from Hamas, and, apparently, cartel leaders from Mexico.
Just consider one cartel member basically threatening to launch attacks back at American soldiers if “20 or 30 of them” come right at them.
“If a helicopter comes here and soldiers drop out, 20 or 30 of them, there’s no way we’d just sit here with our arms crossed,” one cartel member insisted.
An allegedly “high-ranking member of the Sinaloa cartel” was even more blunt, admitting that he currently “can’t even sleep” over threats from the United States.
“You can’t be calm; you can’t even sleep, because you don’t know when they’ll catch you. The most important thing now is to survive,” the Sinaloa leader declared.
In addition, other cartel leaders are apparently trying to relocate their families while others are shutting down fentanyl labs.
“One cartel leader says he’s trying to figure out how to protect his family in case the American military strikes inside Mexico. Another says he’s already gone into hiding, rarely leaving his home. Two young men who produce fentanyl for the cartel say they have shut down all their drug labs,” the New York Times detailed.
Oh, what a tragedy! Such a shame that cartels have had to “shut down all their drug labs” in various locations. Not.
Blaze Media also notes that “other steps …include selling properties, firing extra personnel, hiring drone detection experts, and purchasing larger caches of firearms from the United States.”
Rather odd that cartels can obtain such a huge number of weapons from the United States, which is clearly another major leak that the Trump administration will have to imminently address.
Perhaps the administration should also address the ease with which different media outlets seem to easily connect to some of the world’s most violent criminals.
“Strange how all those lib news sites seem to have a direct line of contact to terrorists, dictators, traffickers and drug cartels,” one commenter remarked.
Seriously.
To date, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum had taken some proactive measures in response to Trump’s tariff threats, such as deploying an additional 10,000 National Guardsmen to help secure the border.
In addition, she also facilitated the extradition of cartel terrorists in Mexico, one of whom had a DEA agent murdered.
As detailed in a press release, 29 defendants from Mexico were extradited to the United States, who currently face “facing charges in districts around the country relating to racketeering, drug-trafficking, murder, illegal use of firearms, money laundering, and other crimes.”
However, more clearly remains to be done, as made abundantly clear by FBI Director Kash Patel.
“The FBI and our partners will scour the ends of the earth to bring terrorists and cartel members to justice. The era of harming Americans and walking free is over,” Patel declared.
Absolutely. And the Trump administration is just getting started with that.
