Clinton Strategist Issues Startlingly Dire Prediction On Midterm Elections

Earlier this year, leading Democrat strategist James Carville nabbed multiple headlines when he openly rebuked former President Joe Biden.

Especially when he suggested that Biden should just go to his beach house and stay there.

“What [Biden has] done to himself is, no one wants to hear from this guy anymore, OK? Just go to your condo in Rehoboth and stay there. And that’s not because we’re bad people, or we’re mean people. It was all his doing, all his doing, this entire thing,” Carville huffed during an appearance on his “Politics War Room” podcast.

The Democrat strategist – who counts former president Bill Clinton and former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as his top clients – was apparently responding to Biden’s previous claims, in particular the claim that he could have beaten then-presidential candidate Donald Trump in the most recent presidential election.

Now, it would appear that Carville likely wishes that Biden had simply left for his beach house much sooner, given his rather dire predictions on the forthcoming midterm elections.

In a nutshell, Carville claims that Trump may well tamper with the midterm elections by any means necessary, as reportedby Fox News.

During an appearance on “The Jim Acosta Show,” Carville answered affirmatively when asked whether or not Trump may engage in “tampering” with the midterm elections.

“In the short word, yes … In longer words, very,” Carville began.

And then Carville launched into his rather dire prediction.

“I don’t put anything past him – nothing – to try to call the election off, to do anything he can. He can think of things like that, that – that, you know, we can’t because we’re not accustomed to thinking like that. We always assume there’s going to be an election,” Carville proclaimed.

Apparently, Carville is not the only high-profile Democrat to feel this way.

Joy Reid, who was recently let go from ultra-liberal MSNBC, unsurprisingly made even direr predictions than Carville.

“I’ve been saying, whenever Democrats say to me, this is the reason we have to coalesce for 2026, I always add to the end of that sentence, yeah, assuming we actually have free and fair elections. I think it’s insane, honestly, to just assume we’re going to have normal elections next year. I don’t assume that,” Reid declared.

And then Reid’s predictions became even direr.

“I don’t think Trump intends to leave office. I’ve been very clear about that. I think he intends to stay in office like Putin till he dies,” Reid asserted in a conversation with Wajahat Ali, a far-left writer.

So, in other words, Reid not only assumes possible elimination of the midterm elections, but also a total elimination of presidential elections in the future.

Ali himself suggested that Trump may weaponize martial law in order to undermine the results of the midterm elections.

“I am afraid, and I want your thoughts on this, that he is going to say, ‘Folks, I’m the commander in chief. I have to protect you. We’re getting attacked by Antifa, the Muslims, the invasion, El Salvadorans. I have to declare martial law and I have to punt. I have to punt the elections. But don’t worry. I’ll bring back elections when they’re safe,” Ali mused.

Way to stoke further division … as if the nation is not already divided enough.

At this rate, neither side will ever trust any entity with assuring election integrity.

Which would effectively render elections in the United States to be about as credible as the elections in Uganda.
