“I speak like everybody else speaks. I need to be clearer. I will tell you that.”
So boomed Comrade Kamala’s rather clueless running mate, Tim Walz, who is a tad too obvious in how beholden he is to anti-American interests.
Or, at minimum, he certainly appears to be beholden to anti-American interests, as it is quite unclear why he seems so keen on destroying the key elements of the Founding Fathers’ vision.
Per a rather alarming report from the Daily Mail, Walz has apparently been rambling on about the so-called need to destroy the electoral system, advocating for a “popular vote” system instead.
Which means that massive population centers – such as Los Angeles and New York City – would effectively determine the outcome of every presidential election.
Which means that suburban, and most definitely rural, communities would have virtually no say, whatsoever, in national leadership.
Needless to say, the Founding Fathers implemented the electoral system for the exact reason that the Democrats wish to dismantle it.
And Walz sure seems distressingly keen on destroying one of the most crucial components of the Founding Fathers’ vision.
In particular the component that balances the interests of urban, suburban, and rural interests.
During an appearance at preening California Governor Gavin Gruesome’s private home in Sacramento, Walz proceeded to ramble about the need to abolish the electoral college.
“I think all of us know the electoral college needs to go,” Walz brayed.
Is that so?
Pray tell, who would “us” entail? Because something suggests the “us” is little more than the woke globalists clearly intent on destroying the intentions of the nation’s Founding Fathers … who were escaping tyranny.
Now, the Dems apparently wish to recreate what the Founding Fathers escaped.
“But that’s not the world we live in … So we need to win Beaver County, Pennsylvania. We need to be able to go into York, Pennsylvania, and win. We need to be in western Wisconsin and win. We need to be in Reno, Nevada and win,” Walz boomed.
Translation: If Harris and Walz were to assume power, then they would totally undertake every possible effort to destroy the electoral system.
Thereby empowering 10M+ illegals to swing the presidential election, every single time, for as long as the Dems pretend to care about “democracy,” anyway … though the Democrats clearly want to do away with any form of representative government.
And doing away with representative government starts with going straight to a national popular vote … in which millions of illegals can participate, courtesy of woke sanctuary cities.
“We need a national popular vote,” Walz declared.
You don’t say. Queen Hillary has been ranting about that for eons.
Predictably, the Harris campaign supposedly distanced itself from Walz’s remarks, at least in public.
“Governor Walz believes that every vote matters in the Electoral College and he is honored to be traveling the country and battleground states working to earn support for the Harris-Walz ticket,” the Harris campaign declared.
Uh huh.
In that case, it’s a real shame he called for abolishing the electoral college.
Frankly, neither Harris nor Walz received a single vote in favor of their running for the Democrat president and vice-president, respectively, so it’s awfully strange that they pretend to be so concerned now.
“He was commenting to a crowd of strong supporters about how the campaign is built to win 270 electoral votes. And, he was thanking them for their support that is helping fund those efforts,” the Harris campaign continued.
Sure, Comrade Kamala. Whatever you say. Keep on prattling on about the so-called threats to democracy – while attempting to take over the White House after summarily kicking Biden out.
More troublingly, Walz’s comments may set the stage for the Dems’ endless contesting of the 2024 results, as noted by Trump spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt.
“Is Tampon Tim laying the groundwork to claim President Trump’s victory is illegitimate?” Leavitt wondered.
Quite possibly …
