One would think that the Democrats might decide against pursuing the same old moves that cost them the last election, especially considering how they lost in absolutely epic fashion.
Then again, making such a decision means that the Democrats would have to acknowledge that something they did was wrong in the first place, and they seem to have a nasty habit of blaming absolutely everyone but themselves.
Therefore, it is no great surprise that the Democrats have, rather unwisely, decided that it is apparently a fantastic idea to continue hassling President-elect Donald Trump through the deeply weaponized court system, at least to the best of their abilities.
And what better way to harass Trump than to demand for their favorite DEI district attorney, Alvin Bragg, to do so?
As many conservatives will recall, Trump’s resounding victory in the election resulted in the so-called “sentencing” in the alleged “hush money” trial to be delayed.
Whether or not the “sentencing” would occur after inauguration was unclear.
Now, however, it is abundantly clear that the deranged “sentencing” for Trump will proceed more rapidly than sentencing for most violent gang bangers, provided that they are illegal migrants, of course.
In fact, the disparity between the treatment of illegals and the treatment of Trump is so glaring that the President-elect has called out the nonsense for exactly how he sees it: the federal government serving as the de facto puppet master for Bragg, who has been “forced” to attack through the courts.
“D.A. Alvin Bragg never wanted to bring this lawless case against me. He was furious at the way it was handled, and especially angry at Mark Pomerantz [New York District Attorney Prosecutor] for his behavior, and what he did,” Trump declared.
In other words, Bragg is the favorite DEI district attorney of the Dems due to the degree to which he is pushed around.
Which is why Trump blasted Biden and Harris directly for destroying judicial credibility.
“Biden/Harris DOJ forced Bragg to concoct anything to embarrass Trump,” Trump added pointedly.
Indeed.
It’s truly ridiculous that the Dems have continued to beat the same old tired drum with regards to the witch hunt against Trump, especially when accounting for the staggering number of legal resources deployed in doing so.
Resources that are not readily available at all times, especially with shrieking activists’ demands to “defund” various justice services.
Indeed, despite the fact that New York City has long been besieged by subway violence, not to mention the fact that hordes of illegal migrants are steadily amplifying the crime rate, the Dems have apparently decided that “getting Trump” is by far the most important matter on their agenda.
Regardless of the degree to which “getting Trump” undermines the very democracy that Dems have long claimed to be such ardent defenders of, though they virtually never provide any sort of evidence to support these claims.
Now, it remains to be seen exactly how they will “sentence” Trump before his inauguration.
Quite unprecedented.
Though perhaps not as unprecedented as the mainstream media covering up for a “president” with full blown dementia for over four years.
