Gotta love how Twitter CEO Elon Musk easily beats the DOJ at their own demented game.
The DOJ recently launched an ill-timed lawsuit against Musk’s company, SpaceX, just after Musk happened to allow an interview between Tucker Carlson and Trump on Twitter.
And, given the great success Trump enjoyed, with over 100 million views clocked in under 4 hours, it is no surprise at all that the Biden regime has launched another pathetic attempt to harm Musk.
This time, Musk is apparently being sued for not hiring illegals at SpaceX.
You know, the company that actually does handle highly sensitive U.S. information, thereby requiring not only legal permanent residency, but also top-security clearance.
Not that the DOJ apparently cares about little matters like that.
“[SpaceX] routinely discouraged asylees and refugees from applying and refused to hire or consider them, because of their citizenship status, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA),” the deranged DOJ whined.
As reported by Fox News, the DOJ is also utterly incompetent and feckless, given that it also requires legal permanent residency for employment.
Twitter user Alex Tabarrok had quite the chuckle over that one.
“The DOJ is suing @elonmusk and @SpaceX for focusing their hiring on US citizens and permanent residents. Do you know who else advertises that only US citizens can apply for a job? The DOJ,” Tabarrok tweeted.
So, in other words, the DOJ is suing Musk for what it does itself.
Which prompted a hilarious response from Musk.
“DOJ needs to sue themselves!” Musk quipped.
If only. How much more “justice” would be served if that were the case.
Musk also provided even more insight into how asinine the DOJ was when revealing the past mandates he received.
“SpaceX was told repeatedly that hiring anyone who was not a permanent resident of the United States would violate international arms trafficking law, which would be a criminal offense,” Musk mused.
Scary, how quickly the DOJ can sue for implementing the very mandates it demanded in the first place.
“We couldn’t even hire Canadian citizens, despite Canada being part of NORAD! This is yet another case of weaponization of the DOJ for political purposes,” Musk added in disbelief.
Leave it to the White House to let Musk “discriminate” against Canadians while demanding he hire illegals, conveniently relabeled as “refugees” in the pitiable news media.
Especially when more than one illegal has been associated with incredibly violent crime, if not full-blown terrorism.
