Newsom Bizarrely Picks A Fight With Vance In Family Friendly Venue

Just a few weeks ago, Vice President JD Vance made headlines from issuing a direct challenge to former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who was sharply critical of the American airstrikes in Iran.

“First of all, I think it’s a bizarre response, but I also don’t know that that guy speaks for President Putin or for the Russian government. [Russia has] been very consistent that they don’t want Iran to get a nuclear weapon. I’ll let President [Vladimir] Putin speak to what the official Russian position on this is,” Vance asserted at the time.

And Vance soon found himself issuing defenses once again … albeit against a much easier target: California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Given that Vance had no qualms whatsoever about issuing direct responses back to Russian tyrants, it should come as no surprise that he would clap back at a nuisance like Newsom with ease.

Especially when Newsom picks a fight with Vance over Disney.

That’s right, Disney.

Apparently, Newsom was deeply offended by the fact that Vance went to Disneyland with his wife and children over the weekend, as evidenced by his flurry of social media attacks.

“Hope you enjoy your family time, JD Vance. The families you’re tearing apart certainly won’t,” Newsom sneered on X.

Naturally, Vance had a pithy reply that would ordinarily put most people in their place. Though Newsom is clearly not most people.

“Had a great time, thanks,” Vance smoothly replied, undoubtedly irritating the governor.

“JD is back in California. He won’t take the time to debate and defend gutting our Medicaid system, taking away kids school meals, militarizing America’s streets, or adding trillions to the debt. Instead, he’s off to Disneyland. Probably to detain Mickey Mouse at this rate,” Newsom huffed.

Well, that would probably depend on who is playing Mickey Mouse, to be frank. Half the time, Newsom seems to compete with Mickey Mouse in terms of his antics.

The likelihood of Newsom’s irritation is even higher when considering the other social media criticisms lobbed against Vance … criticisms directly linked to Newsom himself.

The official “press office” for Newsom was one such entity.

“35% of Anaheim’s residents are immigrants. Disneyland doesn’t run without them. Enjoy their labor, @JDVance. D Vance on Tom Sawyer Island looking for the next Alligator Alcatraz. Too many happy families for him in one place,” Newsom’s press office asserted.

Apparently, Newsom fails to grasp the fact that Vance directly contributed to the Californian economy through his expenditures at Disneyland.

The beleaguered governor also fails to grasp that such public criticisms of Vance will only galvanize more individuals against him, rather than against Vance.
