“I’ll bet you the father probably pardons him, let’s see what happens, but he’s a bad boy, there is no question about it.”
So proclaimed Trump mere weeks before his resounding victory in November, chiefly with regards to whether or not lame duck President Biden would pardon his ever-wayward son, Hunter Biden.
And, rather unsurprisingly, Biden has surprised exactly no one with his recent decision to pardon his son, thereby validating yet another prediction from Trump.
Indeed, Trump foreshadowed much of “Biden’s” presidency before he even took office, from drastically elevated prices to worldwide geopolitical instability.
Naturally, predicting Biden’s rather predictable pardon of Hunter wasn’t too difficult to achieve after such other savvy predictions.
Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung was rather amused by Biden’s decision, to put it mildly, especially after the degree to which his administration went after Trump so enthusiastically.
“The failed witch hunts against President Trump have proven that the Democrat-controlled DOJ and other radical prosecutors are guilty of weaponizing the justice system,” Cheung asserted.
Absolutely … and one of the many, many institutions that Trump is tasked with fixing upon his ascension to office.
“That system of justice must be fixed and due process must be restored for all Americans, which is exactly what President Trump will do as he returns to the White House with an overwhelming mandate from the American people,” Cheung continued.
Perhaps what is the most hilarious is the fact that Biden continues to insist that Hunter is the victim of a supposed witch hunt … which is all the more evidence of his profound lack of self-awareness.
“There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough,” Biden boomed.
“Enough is enough?” Seriously? Quite possibly the lamest excuse ever.
Frankly, it’s insane that Biden apparently believes “sobriety” is a sufficient enough excuse to receive an “unconditional” pardon from virtually all crimes.
Of which there are many, per Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer.
“Joe Biden has lied from start to finish about his family’s corrupt influence peddling activities … Not only has he falsely claimed that he never met with his son’s foreign business associates and that his son did nothing wrong, but he also lied when he said he would not pardon Hunter Biden …The charges Hunter faced were just the tip of the iceberg in the blatant corruption that President Biden and the Biden Crime Family have lied about to the American people,” Comer intoned.
Rather troubling, to put it mildly.
In truth, however, Biden was probably pardoning himself even more than he was pardoning his son, given the degree to which he facilitated all of his son’s “business deals.”
Furthermore, Biden has also set a clear precedent that Trump is all too delighted to follow.
“Does the Pardon given by Joe to Hunter include the J-6 Hostages, who have now been imprisoned for years? Such an abuse and miscarriage of Justice!” Trump gleefully mused on Truth Social.
Major food for thought.
Indeed, perhaps an “unconditional” pardon of all January 6 “protestors” would be a more than acceptable response to Biden’s blanket pardon of his son, or, more accurately, himself.
Charlie Hurt of Fox News certainly seems to think so.
“I think he should at least commute the sentences of all of them and pardoned every single one that was obviously just following the person in front of them wandering through the capital,” Hurt asserted.
Without a doubt. Especially as the chaos at Capitol Hill was likely engineered by clowns like Empress Pelosi in the first place.
“Pardon every single one of them. There were some that did more than just that. And I think he should commute their sentences and let them all out! Every single one of them,” Hurt asserted.
Without a doubt.
Just as Biden jettisoned all responsibility for all crimes, including those committed by himself and his offspring, so should Trump for every single individual who dared to question a highly questionable election in the first place.
