“The fight is not over.”
Thus spoke New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairman Raymond Buckley last December, after the Biden-Harris team failed to file appropriate paperwork for making New Hampshire the “first in the nation” primary, as it has long been for the Democrat Party.
Unfortunately for Buckley, it has now become abundantly clear that the fight is indeed over, at least as far as President Biden is concerned.
Instead, the Biden-Harris team has now opted to switch the “first in the nation” primary to South Carolina instead for – you guessed it – alleged racial equity purposes.
Needless to say, the move has left numerous New Hampshire Democrats rather disenfranchised by the Biden-Harris team, a disenfranchisement that is especially problematic when considering that Biden was hardly the most popular candidate in the state in 2020.
Indeed, even the mainstream media is now expressing concerns over Biden’s blasé attitude towards New Hampshire, as he has paid such little attention to the state that his name will not even appear on the ballot for the Democrat primary elections.
“Back in 2020 he was a supposed frontrunner struggling to look like one, fresh off a sluggish performance in the 2020 Iowa caucuses. He asked New Hampshire voters to help him flip the narrative and deliver him a comeback. He snarked back at critics, belittled a younger challenger and called one woman ‘a lying, dog-faced pony soldier’ at a campaign event … Then he skipped his own campaign party, headed to South Carolina, and finished a distant fifth in New Hampshire’s primary, faring worse than the former mayor of a midsized Midwestern city.
Almost four years later, Mr. Biden and national Democrats have helped create a situation where the president’s name won’t even appear on New Hampshire 2024 primary ballot. He is instead limited to only being a write-in option while a younger congressman from his own party tries to replace him as the presumptive Democratic nominee, citing fears the incumbent could lose to the likely Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump, in the general election,” CBS News reported.
So, the incumbent president is a write-in candidate. Let that one sink in for a minute.
What a way to disenchant numerous voters.
After all, Biden and Harris are effectively proclaiming that New Hampshire, which has long proudly served as the first primary state for the Democrats, no longer matters to them.
Even worse, they are making it rather evident that South Carolina matters more because it is more “diverse,” suggesting that New Hampshire is effectively useless as it does not feature the same degree of diversity.
Moreover, Biden has already failed to be an exceptionally popular candidate in the state, especially after previously assailing a young woman at a campaign event in the state as a “‘a lying, dog-faced pony soldier,” which is apparently one of his favorite phrases.
Even worse, Julie Chavez Rodriguez, Biden’s DEI pick for campaign manager, apparently thought it was a great idea to declare that Biden is “obligated to comply” with the Democrats’ psychotic obsession with diversity.
“While the president wishes to participate in the primary, he is obligated to comply [with the DNC] … The president looks forward to having his name on New Hampshire’s general election ballot as the nominee of the Democratic Party after officially securing the nomination at the 2024 Democratic National Convention, where he will tirelessly campaign to earn every single vote in the Granite State next November,” Rodriguez proclaimed.
Every single vote? That’s ambitious.
Though hardly surprising, given the Democrats’ bizarre grasp of mathematic realities.
