Biden raised multiple eyebrows earlier this year when he proclaimed illegal migrants were “newcomers.”
He raised even more eyebrows when he accidentally called his newcomers “Hispanic voters.” That remark was later explained away as accidental.
Sure, it was. The accidental truth, in other words.
As it turns out, some of Biden’s “newcomers” aren’t even new, but rather repeated criminals who have continuously penetrated the border with impunity.
In other words, the types of illegals that make the case for Trump, who was elected in large part due to his desire to address the serious border crisis.
A crisis that has led to more devastation for Americans, yet again.
According to a report from CBS News, an illegal driving a semitruck apparently caused major league havoc.
“The truck was headed south on Highway 285 when it veered off the edge of the road, rolling onto its side near Conifer. That truck, owned by Monique Trucking, spilled 47,000 pounds of steel pipes onto five other vehicles on June 11.
The Colorado State Patrol said that speed is considered a primary factor in the crash and that the brakes failed on the truck. [The driver] was confirmed to have been driving without a commercial vehicle license,” CBS reported.
Well then.
An illegal migrant driving a semitruck without a proper license, speeding away until nearly 50,000 pounds of steel pipes crash onto the highway.
That’s nice. Way to make the roads safer, Biden.
And, as it turns out, not only was the illegal bereft of a commercial driver’s license, but he had also been “removed” from the United States sixteen times.
“The driver of a semi-truck, Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza, continued to be held on a bail set at $50,000. The First Judicial District Attorney argued against a reduction, stating that Cruz-Mendoza was a flight risk. He had been removed from the United States 16 times, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The DA said during the hearing that Cruz-Mendoza had five illegal entry and removal cases, a DUI case in 2018 and a 2002 Oregon drug case,” CBS continued.
So, in other words, countless criminal illegals like Cruz-Mendoza can easily swarm and penetrate the border.
Got it.
Cruz-Mendoza also lied to police officers, claiming that his brakes had apparently stopped working, though investigators who evaluated skids on the pavement soon discovered the illegal’s lies.
Astonishingly, despite the fact that Cruz-Mendoza has been allegedly “removed” 16 times, and clearly disregarded every single removal, he was able to get away with being charged with only misdemeanors.
Indeed, Cruz-Mendoza was initially charged with felony counts of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in the crash, alongside charges related to driving without a commercial driver’s license.
However, these charges have now been downgraded to mere misdemeanors, namely a grand total of one count of careless driving resulting in death, alongside three counts of careless driving resulting in injury.
The reduction of charges from felonies to misdemeanors is an egregious miscarriage of justice, to put it mildly.
And that miscarriage has left more than one family devastated.
If anything is actually growing under the Biden administration, it would be the number of individuals who are either victimized directly or indirectly by illegal “newcomers.”
