Leave it to one of Pelosi’s minions to be one of the most pro-illegal migration “representatives” in the nation.
One thing is for certain: Pelosi’s minion surely is not representing the interests of hardworking Americans.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, Democrat lawmaker Chellie Pingree has called for more illegal migration … despite voters voicing mass illegal migration as one of their greatest concerns.
Pingree has previously traveled with Pelosi to a “Global Summit” in Egypt … the same nation currently linked to the major corruption scandal with Senator Bob Menendez.
Little wonder Pelosi and Pingree were cavorting there, perhaps plotting their latest insider trades by the pyramids.
When they aren’t busy plotting a mass illegal migrant takeover of the nation.
Pingree, who has represented Maine since 2009, apparently thinks that mass illegal migration is one of the greatest developments under the Biden regime to date.
Which is precisely why Pingree is in full support of destroying funding for the border to make way for moreillegal migrant housing.
Specifically, Pingree is advocating for “a Democrat-proposed amendment that would redirect $600 million from border fencing construction to a FEMA-administered municipal emergency shelter program, the Shelter and Services Program, [which] would pay for migrant housing and expenses.”
Just wonderful. That’s all illegal migrants need to hear: another $600M for “free” housing.
All they have to do is vote Democrat! And form terror cells that can be blamed on MAGA, of course.
“This funding is particularly important to one of the cities that I represent, the city of Portland, Maine … You know, we all talk about big cities like New York, and we all have all kinds of concerns about this, but let’s be clear: In my state, this funding is critically important to supporting our city, which has been very welcoming to asylum seekers,” Pingree brayed.
Sure, Pingree. As if she ever has to deal directly with the illegals she shamelessly imports.
Even more disturbingly, Pingree suggested that the mass important of illegals is necessary due to the “whitest” people apparently not wanting to work.
“Some of you may not have been to Maine, but it is the whitest state in the nation, it’s the oldest state in the nation, and we’ve had a tremendous worker shortage,” Pingree blared.
So, in other words, Pingree blames the “tremendous worker shortage,” at least in part, on the fact that the state has the “whitest” population. Real sensible.
“And I challenge any of you to have a meeting with your chamber of commerce, and not have people say to you my ‘biggest issue is getting enough workers to come to work for the jobs that we have available,” Pingree continued.
Right. Because taxpayer-coddled illegals will surely be eager to fill all these positions that Pingree claims aren’t filled.
Pingree also demonstrated complete detachment with the law when she proceeded to blare about her bizarre belief that illegal migrants are not illegal.
“These are not illegal people, they are in our state legally seeking asylum … Yes, they have to apply for asylum, and then they have to wait for six months to get a work permit. So, in the interim time, our cities have to support people because they can’t get to work — and believe me, they desperately want to go to work,” Pingree proclaimed.
Right. More like they desperately want to go to wherever offers them the most freebies, notably the sanctuary cities of New York, Los Angeles, and others that provide “free” housing, cash, and a host of other benefits generally not available to Americans.
Perhaps most hilariously of all, Pingree attempted to blame Trump for the migration crisis as well.
“And they [the asylum seekers] didn’t just come since Joe Biden became the president … They were coming across the border, getting into buses, in the previous administration,” Pingree added pointedly.
Right, Pingree. The only reason they continued “coming across the border” is because the Democrats blocked Trump on just about every single border control initiative.
“So as far as I’m concerned, this is just a common sense way to deal with the number of asylum seekers who want to come into our country today, and we should continue to support it,” Pingree blared.
Oh, sure. Importing multiple millions of illegals with effectively no background vetting, disease testing, or even basic English competence surely is the most “common sense” idea ever … to a Democrat.
