“It’s about time.”
So proclaimed President Donald after he signed one of the most anticipated executive orders – an order to ban men from women’s sports.
The succinctly titled order – “Keeping Men out of Women’s Sports” – proceeds to fulfill yet another promise Trump made on the campaign trail.
“In recent years, many educational institutions and athletic associations have allowed men to compete in women’s sports. This is demeaning, unfair, and dangerous to women and girls, and denies women and girls the equal opportunity to participate and excel in competitive sports,” the order detailed.
Indeed, it is.
What was even more outrageous was the fact that Comrade Kamala ran on a supposed campaign of “women’s rights” with regards to abortion, though she was curiously silent on the degree to which transgender militancy further impacts these rights.
“Therefore, it is the policy of the United States to rescind all funds from educational programs that deprive women and girls of fair athletic opportunities, which results in the endangerment, humiliation, and silencing of women and girls and deprives them of privacy. It shall also be the policy of the United States to oppose male competitive participation in women’s sports more broadly, as a matter of safety, fairness, dignity, and truth,” the order continued.
In other words, the Trump administration is standing up for women in a way that the Biden administration never did or would.
Indeed, under the Biden-Harris administration, “men claiming to be girls have stolen more than 3,500 victories,” as noted by Trump.
Trump also observed that the men posing as women have also “invaded more than 11,000 competitions designed for women.”
Have to love the use of his word “invasion” … just as illegals exploit the process of “political asylum” to invade the border, men exploit the insanity of “transgenderism” to invade formerly safe spaces for women.
Though under Trump, they will no longer be able to do so.
“Under the Trump administration, we will defend the proud tradition of female athletes, and we will not allow men to beat up, injure, and cheat our women and our girls,” Trump declared.
Take that, ultra-woke professors, who are largely responsible for bringing on all the gender ideology insanity in the first place.
Indeed, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also affirmed that Trump had taken aim straight at “the disgusting betrayal” that has harmed female athletes, alongside other vulnerable girls and women, for years.
“This commonsense action from President Trump ends the disgusting betrayal of women and girls by the previous administration, who for years catered to radical activists who wanted biological males to be treated as women in workplace showers, competitive sports, prisons, and even rape shelters. Gender ideology insanity is over,” Leavitt declared.
And may that insanity remain over indefinitely.
