Biden Goes Ballistic Over Supreme Court Border Ruling

“[A] surge of unauthorized immigration plainly is not an invasion within the meaning of the State War Clause.”

Recently, the Biden administration had the gall to make this claim with regards to Texas’s S.B. 4, which empowered state police to arrest migrants illegally crossing the border.

Solicitor General Elizabeth B. Prelogar, representing the Biden administration, previously proclaimed that Abbott’s law was “flatly inconsistent,” clearly failing to account for how “flatly inconsistent” Biden’s own border security, or lack thereof, has been.

Heck, he appointed clueless Kamala as “Border Czar,” before apparently making her some AI czar, an area in which she has even less competence.

In the meantime, Prelogar rambled on about how S.B.4 is apparently a violation of the federal government’s ability to remove migrants, though the federal government hardly seems inclined to remove such migrants.

Including migrants bringing in all kinds of drugs, weapons, and other nefarious baggage.

As the fentanyl trafficked by illegals may be ultimately sourced to China, it’s clear the communist power, which has long since bought off the Bidens, is attacking America via drugs after years of a pandemic fiasco.

Which is exactly why Abbott invoked the State War Clause in creating S.B.4, another point that the Biden rep challenged.

“Those decisions recognize that the authority to admit and remove noncitizens is a core responsibility of the national government, and that where Congress has enacted a law addressing those issues, state law is preempted … A surge of unauthorized immigration plainly is not an invasion within the meaning of the State War Clause,” Prelogar whined.

Actually, “an unauthorized surge” is “plainly” an invasion by most people’s definitions.

Granted, those same individuals are also generally able to define what a woman is as well.

And while the White House loves to paint Texas Governor Greg Abbott as if he were some de facto dictator, the reality is that his law is more than practical for protecting Americans.

In fact, the state law was very generous in more ways than one – After all, if illegals willingly return to Mexico, they may not even have to serve their entire jail sentence.

Of course, the Biden administration can’t stand being made to look utterly incompetent, which happened yet again when the Supreme Court ruled against Biden and in favor of Abbott.

“BREAKING: In a 6-3 decision SCOTUS allows Texas to begin enforcing SB4 that allows the arrest of illegal immigrants. We still have to have hearings in the 5th circuit federal court of appeals. But this is clearly a positive development,” Abbott proclaimed on X.

CNN was sure to take immediate advantage of the decision, publishing a headline that baldly declared, “Supreme Court escalates high-stakes border drama between Biden, Texas and Trump.”

Cue the outrage of the Biden administration, which was swift.

“[S.B. 4] prevents the Nation from speaking ‘with one voice’ in matters involving foreign affairs,” Prelogar angrily declared.

Well, most Americans can speak “with one voice” in terms of not wanting to live under the constant threat of violence, so there’s that, Ms. Prelogar.

Besides, Abbott was quite clear about his intentions to protect the state, especially after Biden stonewalled him for years.

“Biden’s deliberate inaction has left Texas to fend for itself,” Abbott remarked flatly in December.

And that inaction is undoubtedly why the Court ruled in Abbott’s favor … which, in this context, is really America’s favor.
