Republican Threatens Investigation Of Universities’ Terrorist Ties

Of all the Republican Senators, Senator Josh Hawley is perhaps one of the most vocal when it comes to calling out corruption, especially when it pertains to the alleged intellectual elites.

Indeed, the pro-MAGA senator recently sounded off on the need to investigate remarkably dangerous institutions of “higher education,” otherwise known as universities.

After all, universities are well known for serving as epicenters of misinformation, not to mention the “theories” that have resulted in transgender and critical race militantism.

Apparently, antisemitism can now join the list, given the disgusting display of support for Hamas exhibited directly by students and professors, as well as indirectly by university administrators.

“[Hamas] would kill every Jew in the world if they could. That’s what these terrorists want. And to be silent in the face of that or to celebrate it as these crazy student groups are doing?” Hawley demanded.

Seriously. It’s a pretty terrifying day when, just a couple of decades after 9/11, current (woke) university administrators are more intent on promoting terrorism, rather than condemning terrorism.

Heck, universities may well be admitting terrorists as students, given how full of hatred many of the most “diverse” student organizations seem to be.

Just read the list of 30+ Harvard student organizations who openly supported Hamas. Hint: The majority of student organizations consisted of students from Asia, the Middle East, and other regions filled with nations hostile towards America.

“What I want to know, Sean, is who’s funding these student groups? I hope that the DOJ is investigating where the money is coming from. Are there terror groups who are part of these networks who are infiltrating our campuses?” Hawley added.

There very well may be terrorist groups involved in student organizations. After all, Beijing has been exerting “soft power” by promoting Communism on campus through its Confucius institutes, as evidenced by screeching leftist students now.

“I mean, this is crazy stuff that we’re seeing on these campuses. And for these administrators to have their hand out to take federal money, taxpayer money, and at the same time be silent or silently condone this kind of terrorism is just it is grotesque,” Hawley continued angrily.

Beyond grotesque … downright dangerous.

After all, woke affirmative action Harvard President Claudine Gay claimed that students calling for genocide would not be punished, as Harvard “embraces a commitment to free expression.”

Yeah.

So committed to “free expression” that the school had a massive meltdown when Trump was elected in 2016.

The despicable, pro-terrorist environment of Harvard has also permeated surrounding areas within Massachusetts.

Predictably, the pro-terrorist protestors also hate American law enforcement, as evidenced by their vile shouts outside Cambridge City Hall.

“Animals, animals, you pigs, animals, Nazis, Nazis, Nazis,” the pro-terrorist protestors screamed.

Just lovely. The hallmark of leftism. All about hate … and only “their” hate is acceptable.

“The left have been telling us for years that hate speech isn’t free speech, but I guess that only applies to hate speech that they don’t agree with,” one individual wryly commented.

Absolutely. A trend that is likely to continue, unabated, until sanity returns to the nation.

Needless to say, former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers is rather aghast at the depths to which the Ivy League school has sunk.

Summers, who also served as Harvard’s president in the past, openly proclaimed his “disillusionment” with an institution that once served as training grounds for the brightest minds in the nation, until it began admitting millions of foreign students who are clearly hateful towards America.

“In nearly 50 years of Harvard affiliation, I have never been as disillusioned and alienated as I am today,” Summers remarked morosely.

That’s one of the most neutral ways of describing a truly terrible reality.
