The alleged “conviction” of Trump has been resoundingly condemned around the world, in large part for how egregiously politicized the situation has been.
Not to mention how completely out of alignment with the law it has been as well.
For this reason, it is not surprising that the blowback has already commenced against those inflicting utterly inane judgment upon Trump.
Which, by default, is also blowback against the entirety of the weaponized judicial system.
Not to mention blowback against ultra-progressive district attorneys, such as Alvin Bragg, who have made their entire career about “getting Trump.”
According to a report from The Blaze, Missouri Attorney General (AG) Andrew Bailey is planning to address Bragg head on in a lawsuit, which is likely long overdue.
“I will be filing suit against the State of New York for their direct attack on our democratic process through unconstitutional lawfare against President Trump. It’s time to restore the rule of law,” Bailey declared on X.
Seriously. It’s also time to restore the will of the American people, not the globalists who are devoted to America’s undoing.
Bailey’s announcement to file a lawsuit against Bragg emerges after Bailey’s testimony to the House Judiciary Committee.
During his testimony, Bailey emphasized the degree to which “[the] left has prioritized its hatred of President Trump above the rule of law.”
In other words, the degree to which the left is willing to destroy the entire American judicial system just to hurt an opponent.
“Government officials at the federal and state levels have censored President Trump, filed civil suits in order to sanction him, illegally removed him from the ballot, and perverted the law in order to prosecute him,” Bailey declared in a written statement.
Indeed, they have. A deeply unfortunate development, as it shows just how low the Dems are willing to go when they are losing.
And, in reality, they are oftentimes losing.
Which is why they are willing to resort to “morally abhorrent” behaviors.
“[Bragg’s prosecution] represents one of the most morally abhorrent volleys in the left’s on-going barrage of lawfare. The prosecution was politically motivated and replete with legal error,” Bailey continued.
Was it ever. The examples of such inappropriateness simply go on and on and on.
For instance, one example is Bragg’s refusal to recuse himself from the case, in spite of his rather obvious self-interest.
Thus, Bragg’s case was littered with “disqualifying impropriety” from the start.
Don’t forget Judge Merchan’s daughters literal “marching” with various Democrat operatives, who pay her handsome “consulting fees.”
Adam Schiff is amongst her clients, which is one of the many reasons that the judge should have recused himself as well.
Previously on the social media platform, Bailey also called for Fani Willis and other shifty prosecutors to hand over their personal communications in the wake of the blatant witch hunt against Trump.
“I am demanding the DOJ turn over communications relating to the illicit prosecutions of President Trump. This includes communications between the DOJ and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, New York AG Leticia James, and Fulton County DA Fani Willis,” Bailey asserted.
Of course, Bailey may want to add Mr. Nathan Wade to the list, considering the outsized role he played in the “investigation” of Trump … while living it up in wine valleys with Willis on the taxpayers’ dime.
Bailey hasn’t stopped his efforts at the lawsuit either.
In conjunction with at least 23 other conservative states, Bailey has also called for an end to all efforts to senselessly gag Trump in an amicus brief.
An effort that has been resoundingly lambasted by Trump’s attorneys.
“Like Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Smith seeks to restrict President Trump’s campaign speech as the first presidential debate approaches at the end of this month,” Trump’s attorneys asserted.
Indeed. Because every time Trump talks, it’s is clear that he is light years ahead of Biden … not to mention vastly more dedicated to preservation of the nation.
