Crazed Leftist Caught Plotting Deadly Attack Against 21 Churches

It’s about time that the FBI started watching people intent on attacking churches, rather than attendingchurches.

In recent years, notably under the Biden administration, the FBI has become downright notorious for spying on individuals who attend church, express “conservative” views in schoolboard meetings, and other individuals who don’t appear to buy into the woke crowd’s ultra-perverse indoctrination agenda.

To the extent that the FBI has arguably overlooked actual criminals in their zest for pursuing traditional Americans.

Once they actually did begin to look at actual criminals, likely due to being tipped off, it seems they have remembered what it’s like to track someone who really is dangerous to the public.

Perhaps the FBI picked up on the fact that multiple Gen Z individuals apparently consider Osama bin Laden some kind of “freedom fighter” thanks to yet another bizarre TikTok trend.

And, apparently, more than one of the Gen Z brats has taken such “freedom fighting” via terrorism to heart.

As reported by The Blaze, 26-year-old Alexander Scott Mercurio, the same age as the would-be assassin of Brett Kavanaugh, apparently proclaimed his allegiance to ISIS and desire to kill Americans.

Specifically Americans who target churches.

“I’ve stopped asking and praying for martyrdom because I don’t feel like I want to fight and die for the sake of Allah, I just want to die and have all my problems go away,” Mercurio declared.

Yes, all those mounting problems from living in his parents’ basement, coasting on a debt-free, bill-free life that gives him plenty of time to rage against the system that has so deeply coddled him in the first place.

Apparently, a lifetime free of real responsibility has motivated him to attack 21 churches across Idaho, an attack that was planned to coincide with the end of Ramadan.

“I have motivation for nothing but fighting … like some time of insatiable bloodlust for the life juice of these idolators; a craving for mayhem and murder to terrorize those around me. I need some better weapons than knives,” Mercurio continued.

But of course! More than one video game addict apparently feels the need to go bigger eventually, and Mercurio appears to be a classic case study of that desire.

One thing is for certain: Mercurio certainly wasn’t pledging his allegiance to any conservative venture.

On the contrary, he was pledging allegiance to the very pro-terrorist groups that the White House is currently appeasing now.

To the tune of billions, in Iran’s case.

Meanwhile in the United States, the varied justice agencies are at least feigning a return to tracking real criminals, rather than individuals who shop at Bass Pro Shop.

Attorney General Merrick Garland noted that the continued work of the FBI made removal of the ISIS sympathizer fairly straightforward.

“Thanks to the investigative efforts of the FBI, the defendant was taken into custody before he could act, and he is now charged with attempting to support ISIS’s mission of terror and violence,” Garland noted.

That is a great development … Though one wonders how many others are plotting like him.

“The Justice Department will continue to relentlessly pursue, disrupt, and hold accountable those who would commit acts of terrorism against the people and interests of the United States,” Garland continued.

If only the FBI would do similarly with all the terrorists streaming across the border now.

Indeed, while the FBI did catch one clearly disturbed, pro-terrorist young American, there are likely too many others milling about, which have undoubtedly been overlooked in favor of pursuing varied January 6 defendants and whatnot.

“WOW…I’m amazed that the G-men had the time and resources to catch this future terrorist, what with the Bureau being so incredibly busy investigating Catholics and Grandma and Grandpa J6ers,” one commenter mused.

Fair point!

Seems for every terrorist the FBI targets, 100 more law-abiding, albeit conservative, Americans rank high on their lists as well.

Then again, the FBI’s focus on traditional Americans would align with Biden’s insistence that “domestic extremists” (i.e., Trump supporters) pose the allegedly greatest threat of violence.

Int the wake of what’s unfolding across the Middle East now, one can only wonder if Biden still stands by his asinine remarks.
