“Obama was shocked.”
So spoke a “Biden family source” with regards to President Joe Biden’s sudden withdrawal and near-simultaneous endorsement of Kamala Harris, per an exclusive report from the New York Post.
Looks like the bad blood between Obama and Biden has reportedly continued, assuming that the two are not engaging in some mass charade behind the scenes.
Given how increasingly out of it Biden truly does appear to be, such a scenario is unlikely at this point in time.
What is highly likely, however, is Obama’s wrath upon realizing that he cannot just arbitrarily pick who will serve his “fourth term” for him.
Indeed, a reportedly “furious” Obama is enraged that the situation has not panned out exactly as he expected it to, which is allegedly why he has declined to endorse Kamala.
“Obama knows she’s just incompetent – the border czar who never visited the border, saying that all migrants should have health insurance. She cannot navigate the landmines that are ahead of her,” the family source declared.
Indeed, she cannot. Though the media is surely making a valiant effort to do so for her now.
“When you are running for president there are things you can and can’t say,” the Biden family source added.
No kidding.
How about Kamala’s pitiable defense when she was asked why she hadn’t been to the border?
She literally replied that she “hadn’t been to Europe” either, as if that had anything to do with her supposed “border czar” responsibilities.
And the source notes that any future debates with Kamala are set to be a total disaster as well.
“Wait until the debate… She can’t debate. She’s going to put her foot in her mouth about Israel, Palestine, Ukraine. She’s going to say something really stupid,” the source continued.
Well, that’s without a doubt. Heck, she might make Biden’s June 27 performance look absolutely spectacular in comparison.
Which would be brilliant.
“Obama knew this was going to happen, Joe knew this was going to happen. Now she is going to have to answer real questions,” the source continued.
Best of luck with that one. Perhaps she will give insanely pedantic, childish answers, such as her infantile analysis of the complex Russia-Ukraine War.
Meanwhile, Obama is stewing over his “fourth term” being upended by cackling Kamala.
“Obama’s very upset because he knows she can’t win,” the source added.
Awfully chatty source, quite frankly.
It’s enough to make one wonder.
Tellingly, while Obama is not openly endorsing Kamala, he may well be supporting her privately behind the scenes, savvy enough to realize that his open endorsement of her might be collusion that remains a tad too obvious, even now.
As noted by Fox News, sources in Obama’s “orbit” believe he backs Harris: “Former President Obama has not yet endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee for president, though allies in the Obama orbit indicate the 44th president is squarely behind Harris’ campaign.”
That would be a move right up the duplicitous Dems’ alley.
Either that, or Obama really is “shocked” and “furious” that Biden (or Jill?) managed to outwit him by endorsing Kamala, thereby ensuring that Obama’s fourth term would be resoundingly torpedoed.
Nonetheless, the history between Kamala and Obama runs deep, which makes his supposed absence of support for the DEI vice president suspect, to say the least.
In 2008, Kamala was openly endorsing Obama when all the other Dems were Team Hillary, for instance.
“Barack Obama will be a president who finally ends the era of fear that has been used to divide and demoralize our country,” Kamala bellowed.
“The era of fear.”
“Divide and demoralize.”
Isn’t it odd that Democrat talking points have changed very little over the past sixteen years?
Heck, Kamala could have literally made that remark today, and it would be just as empty as it was sixteen years ago.
Especially as the nation became much more divided from 2008 onwards, a very sharp contrast with 2001.
Little wonder that Obama remains intent on “finishing the job” of destroying the nation, one way or another, no matter how much manipulation he has to engage in to get it.
Which is one of the (many) thousands of reasons why the Republicans must prevail in November.
