Given how frequently Democrats abused the power of impeachment while Trump was in power, it’s little wonder that Republicans are now ready to levy the same punishment against the ultra-woke.
The difference, of course, is that unlike the Democrats, Republicans actually have evidence to back up their impeachment.
Which is precisely why the first prong of the two-pronged impeachment is potentially expunging Trump’s record with regards to the Dems’ failed impeachment attempts.
As reported by Fox News, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy may move the House towards a vote on expunging former President Donald Trump’s dual impeachments.
Representative Elise Stefanik is certainly a fervent supporter of the measure, judging from recently delivered commentary.
“The American people know Democrats weaponized the power of impeachment against President Donald Trump to advance their own extreme political agenda … [I] stood up against Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff’s blatant attempt to shred the Constitution as House Democrats ignored the Constitution and failed to follow the legislative process,” Stefanik declared.
Trump, who is presently the forerunner in the 2024 GOP presidential race, has long since decried the Dems’ impeachment strategy, which was a very poor cover for all the Biden corruption in Ukraine emerging in the news now.
And, unsurprisingly, Biden’s corruption is all over the news now as more and more whistleblowers move forward.
Which is where the second prong of the impeachment strategy comes in: impeaching Biden with realevidence.
Multiple Republicans have hopped on board with that one, especially amid rising geopolitical tensions.
“Most corrupt family to ever live in the White House! Impeach!” Representative Jim Banks proclaimed.
“Read and understand just how deep the corruption goes. Biden should be thrown out of office. Impeach!” Representative Lauren Boebert asserted.
“Is this why Biden has America involved in the war in Ukraine??? Joe Biden is a criminal and is compromised! And he is leading us into WW3 [because Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelenskyy has proof of more Biden crimes … Republicans can no longer delay, but we need 218 Republican votes to do it. I’ve been there since day one and so are the American people. IMPEACH BIDEN!!!” Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene chimed in.
Biden has taken a number of strange actions as far as the Ukraine War, so one does wonder.
The White House Spokesman for Oversight and Investigations, Ian Sams, certainly wants Republicans to drop it, as evidenced by his recent assertions.
“It’s clear that congressional Republicans are dead-set on playing shameless, dishonest politics and refuse to let truth get in the way. It is well past time for news organizations to hold them to basic levels of factual accountability for their repeated and increasingly desperate efforts to mislead both the public and the press,” Sams raged.
Thanks for making it “clear” that the White House obviously attempts to muzzle the media, Mr. Sams.
Which is, of course, yet another reason for impeachment, especially as freedom of the press is steadily evaporating under Emperor Xiden’s regime.
