Soros-Backed Judge Frees 200+ Violent Illegals Over Alleged Technicality

“Processes were ignored here.”

So whined Kelli Childress, the apparent public defender for multiple illegal migrants, all of whom made headlines for violently storming the border, after they tore down the concertina wire blocking them.

Apparently, Childress is not bothered by the fact that the criminal illegals she gladly represents ignored quite a few “processes” of their own.

As reported by The Blaze, El Paso County Judge Ruben Morales recently dismissed riot participation charges against all 211 illegal aliens who violently stormed the border, gravely endangering the lives of the officials who still attempt to preserve the nation’s safety and security.

Anarchist billionaire George Soros, who has long been known for his efforts to turn Texas “blue” via various machinations, is likely to be highly pleased from the release of 200+ illegals who violently charged guards to the border to penetrate the nation.

“If I don’t have jurisdiction, there’s nothing I can do on these cases [except dismiss them],” Morales remarked.

Oh, sure. Tell that to District Attorney Bill Hicks, who holds a different viewpoint.

“Our office feels very strongly that the procedure was proper … We argued that it was appropriate and proper, and we feel very strongly that it was done properly and Morales’ order is an inappropriate order,” Hicks brayed.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has apparently long since had its hands tied by the Biden administration, which is precisely why the agency could offer limited assistance.

“There are consequences to crossing the border illegally, and CBP continues to enforce United States immigration laws. Individuals and families without a legal basis to remain in the U.S. are subject to removal, and are subject to a minimum five-year bar on reapplying for admission and potential criminal prosecution if they subsequently re-enter without authorization. No one should believe the lies of smugglers; individuals and families without a legal basis to remain in the United States will be removed,” the CBP drawled.

Is that so?

Then why, exactly, are millions of illegals not only not being “subject to removal,” but instead receiving cash handouts in woke cities like New York?

You know, handouts designed to ensure the illegals’ “cultural preferences” are met as far as cuisine goes.

Ultimately, Hicks called for a grand jury of twelve El Paso citizens to make a decision on the case, following Morales’s refusal to review additional evidence.

At least the jurors had more sense than the courts, in that they did indict 140+ illegals on riot participation charges.

Unfortuantely, those charges are only misdemeanors.

Fortunately, however, more than one individual seems acutely aware of what’s going on with Biden’s deranged borders.

“Remember when you asked about how the cartels can operate in Mexico without worry? That the judicial system was afraid of them? It is here folks. There will be no justice at our border with people like Morales in office,” one commenter remarked.

Indeed. Exactly what anarchists like Soros bank on.

“Does this surprise anyone? These bought and paid for judges are paid for by Soros and the like who want to see America fall to the new world order. Just disgusting. Our founding fathers warned us of this,” another commenter added.

Indeed, they did.

In fact, in George Washington’s “Farewell Address,” he warned exactly against such blatant interference.

“The common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of the party … opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions,” Washington sagely proclaimed in 1796.

In other words, Washington saw all the current elitist politicians for exactly who they are … well over 200 years ago.
