Biden Revs Up Illegal Immigration In Stunning Policy Reversal

If you want any further evidence that the Biden regime is apparently determined to destroy the border, look no further than the most recent, utterly deranged decision the White House made with regards to border patrol

According to Fox News Digital, Biden and his co-conspirators are set to dramatically reduce the presence of active duty troops along the border, allegedly due to the reduction in illegal migrant crossings.

“A defense official confirmed to Fox News Digital that 1,100 active-duty troops that were deployed have already begun to return to their home bases. The 90-day deployment window will end on [August] 8 … The official said that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin authorized up to 400 active-duty troops to remain at the border until [August] 31,” the outlet reported.

Oh, that’s nice. Biden plays to leave “up to 400” active duty troops, though he is ultimately slicing the military’s presence by nearly 75 percent.

Even worse, the remaining 400 troops are set to be returned home by August 31, which means 100 percent of additional border protection will be gone by the month’s end.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, of course, boasts about this development as if anything has actually changed along the border.

“Our approach to managing the borders securely and humanely even within our fundamentally broken immigration system is working,” Mayorkas bragged.

Says the man who denied a crisis on the border until buses of migrants arrived to blue cities.

Republican Representative Ken Buck is hardly impressed by Mayorkas’s boast, especially given the mass rise in fentanyl overdoses.

“Mr. Secretary, it is your responsibility to secure our border against fentanyl trafficking. The fentanyl killing thousands of Americans every year is a direct result of your dereliction … When people die of fentanyl poisoning, it is your fault,” Buck said grimly.

Predictably, Mayorkas denied that fentanyl trafficking was a persistent problem, despite mass overdoses.

However, a sheriff that actually deals with realities on the border sees otherwise.

In testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, Arizona Sheriff Mark Dannels sounded off about the realities at the border, noting that fentanyl trafficking has significantly increased.

“I’ve personally experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of being a border county … Currently, this is the ugliest I’ve experienced,” Dannels remarked drearily.

Much as the border security situation is also the ugliest many Americans have ever seen.

Meanwhile in Europe, Poland has built a wall along part of its border to offset illegal migration of North African and Middle Eastern immigrants, which Belarus and Russia are accused of backing in order to stabilize the nation.

Tellingly, the Biden regime had nothing negative to say about Poland’s wall while continuing to destroy the wall commenced by Trump.
