What is it with English teachers and their borderline apocalyptic rage against any and all things conservative?
Recently, the chair of an English Department made headlines for violently overturning a conservative student group’s table.
Now, another English teacher has apparently called for the execution of Trump … by his own Secret Service.
According to a stunning report from the Daily Mail, JoAnna St. Germain, an English teacher at Waterville Senior High School, has apparently gone on a full blown rampage with regards to Trump.
Actually, she’s gone a bit beyond a full-blown rampage … and straight into direct calls for his execution.
That’s right: In an apparent bid for global attention, the teacher has declared the apparent need for Secret Service to take out Trump, ASAP.
Rather ironically, the deranged teacher hardly advocated a “saintly” approach that would befit her surname, given the extreme violence that she openly called for on Facebook.
“The Secret Service has the perfect opportunity, if they choose to step up and take it,” St. Germain unwisely wrote on the social media platform.
Right.
Because assassination plots are always so effective when discussed publicly on social media.
“You are the ones with power. Coordinate. Take out every single person who supports Trump’s illegal, immoral, unconstitutional acts. Look at the sycophants and give them what they’re asking for,” St. Germain continued in her ill-advised rant.
Funny that St. Germain rants about the Secret Service and their “power” when many teachers have wielded quite disproportionate power, to put it mildly, when it comes to shaping the highly impressionable minds of young people.
The ill-advised rant took an even more dangerous turn when St. Germain broached the possibility of “civil war.”
“Every other country sees what’s happening and they are taking stands. If you step up, we can avoid a civil war,” St. Germain intoned.
So, “stepping up” entails attempting an assassination that will most likely lead to civil war more quickly than just about any other event?
Yet St. Germain claimed that she wants to “avoid” a civil war?
Talk about cognitive dissonance.
“Trump has shamelessly bragged openly about stealing the election. He is making plans to give himself a third term … I’m talking about Americans recognizing a fascist dictatorship and standing against it,” St. Germain brayed.
Even more amazingly, St. Germain claims that an assassination of Trump would not be akin to “assassinating a president,” because “a president is a person duly elected by the American people.”
“If I had the skill set required, I would take them out myself,” St. Germain boomed.
Well then.
Talk about inviting Secret Service straight to her doorstep … or other presidential protectors of other varieties.
Though perhaps that is the public fight she is looking for, given the highly publicized nature of her Facebook posts … which have now gone viral.
And St. Germain certainly doubled down in follow-up posts.
“You illiterate bums … I have zero shame about what I’ve said. I’m not backtracking a single thing,” St. Germain roared.
Yikes.
What will come of this crazy story in the days to come?
It remains to be seen, but it is pretty clear that this teacher is attempting to incite a major league uprising.
