“All throughout our administration, James was always digging in and fighting for what was right even when it wasn’t easy.”
So declared Florida Governor Ron DeSantis with regards to James Uthmeier, who he appointed as Attorney General for the state of Florida this past February.
Referring to Uthmeier as a “bulldog,” DeSantis made it clear that his top choice for AG would continue to fulfill exactly what voters had called for in the voting booths.
Naturally, it is rather unsurprising that Uthmeier has become a top target of yet another Obama-appointed judge – U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams.
Williams has apparently flown into a rage over Uthmeier blocking undocumented individuals from the state.
To the extent that she is literally threatening to throw the Florida AG into prison … over illegal immigrants.
A frightful new low for the desperate Dems to protect their “newcomers” (i.e., lifelong voters) … but an unsurprising one, given how desperate the ultra-woke, pro-migrant folk are to regain “power.”
According to a report from Politico, Williams “seemed wary of arguments during a Thursday court hearing that state Attorney General James Uthmeier … hadn’t tried to undermine her court order blocking a Florida immigration law.”
The specific law makes it a crime for an undocumented immigrant to enter Florida … which would seem like a bit of a no-brainer, if not totally redundant.
Alas, the ACLU predictably challenged the law, prompting Williams to issue a temporary hold.
Per Politico, Williams apparently “predicted it would be found unconstitutional,” and declared that law enforcement officers could not use the law to arrest people.
However, Uthmeier declared he would not “direct law enforcement to stand down on enforcing the Trump agenda or carrying out Florida’s law.”
“That was just one …There are buckets,” Williams raged, in apparent reference to the “buckets” of ways in which Uthmeier has justified the removal of illegal aliens from the state of Florida … or ideally prevent them from intruding upon the state in the first place.
Clearly, Williams is the embodiment of yet another Obama appointee aiming to “finish the job” of destroying the United States.
And Obama was sure to talk up how dedicated Williams allegedly was to “integrity” and “justice” when he appointed her.
“These candidates have distinguished records of service, and I am confident they will continue to serve the American people with integrity and an unwavering commitment to justice,” Obama declared in 2010.
Fast forward to 2025, and that “integrity” of Williams was on full display as she threatens to throw Uthmeier into prison for “contempt of court” … over illegal immigrants.
Talk about upside down priorities.
Not that Williams recognizes that, given her crazed court rants.
“When someone tells you who they are, you should listen!” Williams roared.
Uh huh. How professional.
“There needs to be an appreciation and abiding by court order or else this all becomes anarchy,” Williams raged.
“All this becomes anarchy?” Seriously?
Exactly what would Williams call a total onslaught of illegal migrants upon the nation?
Peace and stability?
Does Williams seriously believe that protecting Floridians from an onslaught of illegal migrants is “anarchy?”
Perhaps by Obama “logic,” it is.
