World Leader Puts Biden On Edge With “Diplomatic Blackmail”

Looks like Bide should have done a better job keeping his world leaders straight.

In particular the world leaders who he has routinely clashed with since assuming the presidency.

Recently, Biden made a rather large gaffe, right after he proclaimed that his memory was “fine.”

When asked about Gaza, Biden astonishingly mixed up Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi with Mexican President Andrés Manuel Lopez Obrador, a move that likely endeared the Dems to neither.

“I think, as you know, initially, the president of Mexico, Sisi, did not want to open up the gate to humanitarian material to get in. I talked to him. I convinced him to open the gate,” Biden babbled.

Well, glad to hear that the Mexican President has the authority to open up gates to Gaza! Who would have thought that Lopez Obrador’s authority extended so far?

Needless to say, Biden’s blatant mix-up of world leaders has been embarrassing at best and deeply problematic at the worst.

Especially in situations involving “diplomatic blackmail.”

During an appearance on “60 Minutes” with Sharyn Alfonsisaid, Lopez Obrador played coy about illegal migration in the future.

“Everybody thinks you have the power in this moment to slow down migration. Do you plan to?” Alfonsisaid queried.
“We do, and want to continue doing it. But we do want for the root causes to be attended to, for them to be seriously looked at,” Lopez Obrador replied.

The Mexican President then launched into his requests associated with “root causes,” including the following: send $20B per year in aid to Latin America, lift sanctions on Venezuela, end the Cuban embargo, and legalize multiple millions of Mexicans living in the United States.

“If they don’t do the things that you’ve said need to be done, then what?” Alfonsisaid responded.

The world leader’s response was direct and unambiguous.

“The flow of migrants will continue,” Lopez Obrador declared.

That’s when “diplomatic blackmail” surfaced in the conversation.

“Your critics have said what you’re doing, what you’re asking for to help secure the border, is diplomatic blackmail … What do you say?” Alfonsisaid asked.

“I’m speaking frankly … We have to say things as they are. And I always say what I feel, I always say what I think,” Lopez Obrador remarked in bemusement.

Just like top presidential candidate Trump.

Speaking of Trump, Lopez Obrador has come to his defense more than once, and he has criticized the Dems more than once.

Recently, Lopez Obrador shredded the Dems for their weaponized indictments.

“Supposedly legal issues should not be used for electoral, political purposes … That’s why I don’t agree with what they are doing to ex-President Trump,” Lopez Obrador remarked in disgust.

Seriously!
