Illegal Venezuelan Migrant Launches Absurd First Amendment Defense

“I came here to the United States because of persecution in my country … But they’re doing the same thing to me in the United States – persecuting me.”

So declared utterly illegal Venezuelan migrant Leonel Moreno from his current jail cell.

Astonishingly, Moreno also argued that his “First Amendment” rights were being violated, after he openly exhorted other illegals to come into the nation to steal unsuspecting homeowners’ residences.

It is safe to say that Moreno’s entitlement has apparently reached epic proportions, considering he not only filmed himself committing crimes, but he also broadcast the crimes and advice to his 500,000 followers on TikTok.

Moreno garnered major headlines after he took advantage of the current “squatting” phenomenon unfolding across the United States.

Thanks to ultra-liberal laws, not to mention the Dems’ blatant attempts to destroy private property ownership, several Dem enclaves apparently have so-called “squatters’ rights.”

And what that means is that individuals who encounter a supposedly “abandoned” home can take up residence in that home, and apparently establish the “right” to stay there.

The most notorious cases of so-called “squatters’ rights have occurred in New York, where it takes leeches all of thirty days to establish “residency” in a given home.

One of the most despicable recent cases occurred when squatters, likely strung out on narcotics, invaded a home that had been recently inherited.

When the homeowner went to confront the squatters, upon learning what they were doing to her family home, she was arrested.

“Adele Andaloro, 47, was in the process of selling the property when the group shadily took refuge in the home last month … She confronted the trio and changed the locks in hopes they would not be able to re-enter if they left. However, a male inside the home called the police on Andaloro, who was later arrested,” the New York Post reported.

So, the state that provides “sanctuary” for illegals simultaneously arrests legal homeowners for attempting to take control of their rightfully owned residence again.

Real logical.

Though Andaloro has since been released, the sight of a rightful homeowner being handcuffed over “squatters rights” in New York was an absolute disgrace.

Exploitative illegals, who are already licking their chops over receiving $1,000+ cash monthly from woke New York City Mayor Eric Adams, have clearly gotten the hint that “free” houses are apparently within reach, just like “free” cash.

Only in Biden’s/Obama’s America can illegal migrants whine about being “persecuted” when they are busted brazenly committing crimes.

Heck, only in Biden’s America can “migrant influencers” be considered a thing … and “reality” TV influencers have been bad enough.

Now, vulgar TV influencers appear nearly palatable relative to the likes of Señor Moreno, who proudly produced a series of TikTok videos that apparently revealed how to effectively steal homes via squatting.

Astonishingly, these illegals not only commit crimes without a second thought, but they are also keen to encourage others to join in the melee, all but underscoring their exploitative behavior.

Frankly, it’s rather fitting that Moreno advertised all of his crimes on TikTok, a subsidiary of the Beijing-based ByteDance.

After all, the CCP didn’t invest quite a bit in Xiden, using his son Hunter as the cover, for nothing.

Much like the CCP-backed fentanyl floods the open borders with illegal migrants, it is fitting that illegal migrants now use CCP-backed technology to further deepen the internal crisis within the United States.

Meanwhile, Biden is busy cavorting with the Clintons and Obamas in New York City in an elitist fundraising campaign … all while shouting at reporters who dare to ask him any real questions.
