It’s about time a university official took definitive action against the pro-Hamas mob that has swept the nation.
Of course, the definitive action occurred in North Carolina, rather than the cesspool of New York City.
Recently, the wannabe terrorists thought it would be appropriate to hoist the flag of Palestine sky high on the campus of UNC Chapel Hill, an absolutely outrageous action that should have never occurred in the first place.
However, unlike woke Ivy League schools that let terrorist brats rule the roost, the Chancellor of UNC personally removed the Palestine flag, showing zero qualms with regards to the outrage the militant little brats would express in doing so.
“After American flag was replaced by Palestine’s flag, UNC Interim Chancellor Lee Roberts responded by personally walking out into the midst of the protest and removing the Palestine flag …
Roberts stood guard as he restored the American flag back onto the flagpole and applauded as workers did so. Footage taken shows Roberts clapping his hands as some students can be heard chanting ‘USA! USA! USA!’,” the Daily Mail observed.
Moreover, unlike the Ivy League schools, where antisemitic “students” are apparently permitted to torture Jewish students to the extent that rabbis have warned them to stay home, several students at UNC have taken a proud stand for the United States … against the anti-American militants.
Indeed, multiple members of UNC fraternities defended the American flag against the protestors, holding their own against truly virulent external forces manifesting themselves across the college campus.
Moreover, some students were even brave enough to hold up a flag of Israel to counteract the violent mob, as noted by Bryan Anderson on X.
“Brendan Rosenblum, a junior and Jewish student at UNC-Chapel Hill, had water bottles thrown at him as he stood in the middle of the quad by with an Israeli flag while protesters tried to replace an American flag with a Palestinian one,” the commentator observed, noting that some classes had to be cancelled due to the dangers caused by the pro-Hamas mob.
The students are quite brave, that’s for sure, and what’s rather telling is the fact that the students defending the American flag didn’t cover their faces.
The pro-Hamas brats, who have largely hidden their faces, can’t say the same.
And the courage and strength of the young, pro-American man can be measured in terms of public approval, considering a fundraiser for the fraternities has now raised nearly a quarter of a million dollars at the time of this writing.
“We are overwhelmed by you glorious, Patriotic Americans who value good beer and great times … We are in contact with multiple leaders from fraternities whose members helped defend the flag, including Alpha Epsilon Pi and others, in addition to Pi Kappa Psi. Our gratitude goes to all of them, and we will update supporters on what comes next,” the fraternities wrote on their fundraising page.
Clearly, the intended audience responded favorably, and donations flooded in.
Thus, much as small donations have powered the Trump 2024 campaign, small donations have collectively empowered pro-America student organizations.
While North Carolina has undoubtedly felt the pressure of the leftist movement over the years, especially in the increasingly Marxist enclave of Asheville, the vast majority of the state clearly still attracts sensible people and sensible college students.
One can only hope it stays that way, especially in the wake of the astonishing, pro-terrorist movement that has swept college campuses across the United States.
