Gotta love it when the Biden/Obama administration is so obsessed with DEI that they appoint one of the most incompetent prosecutors possible to oversee the so-called “criminal charges” against Trump.”
Indeed, the rather incompetent administration apparently thought it was a great idea to appoint a rather obvious DEI candidate – Fani Willis – to oversee the prosecution of Trump.
The problem, however, is that Willis, and her ilk (cough, Cori Bush, cough) are not exactly sage enough to realize that burning through taxpayers’ funds on their own personal love lives is not exactly legal in and of itself.
Yet that’s precisely what Ms. Willis did – not only did she lavish who knows how many taxpayer funds on her equally unethical “lover,” Nathan Wade, but she also was incompetent enough to hire Wade as a grossly overpaid member of her so-called prosecution team.
Indeed, Willis took Wade on lavish, taxpayer-funded vacations, apparently thinking she was above the law due to both her position and skin color (a position she only obtained in the first place due to her skin color, much like Claudine Gay of Harvard).
Which is exactly why Trump just scored a major victory against the obviously corrupt prosecutor.
“Donald Trump notched another win in his campaign to slow the criminal cases against him on Wednesday, when a Georgia appeals court agreed to hear his bid to disqualify the district attorney prosecuting him for trying to overturn his election loss in the state.
The ruling prolongs the legal battle over a former romance between Fani Willis, Fulton County’s district attorney, and a onetime top deputy, a relationship defense lawyers have used to try to derail the case,” Reutersreported.
Awesome.
Gotta love the fact that Willis already got a free (likely DEI-designated) pass after her taxpayer-funded affair with Wade was exposed.
Indeed, Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee ruled Willis could astonishingly stay on the anti-Trump case, provided that her taxpayer-funded “lover,” Wade, resigned.
While Wade immediately resigned, Willis stayed on.
And, Willis being entitled Willis, has apparently decided she’s “above” testimony, despite the fact she’s demanded far more from Trump.
Willis apparently refuses to testify before the state Senate, which is currently investigating “her alleged malfeasance with taxpayer money,” as reported by the New York Post.
Prior to the court (finally, and justly) siding with Trump, Willis through a fit in the media over the allegedly poor treatment she’s received, despite literally robbing taxpayers while subverting the judicial system at the same time.
“I will not appear to anything that is unlawful, and I have not broken the law in any way,” Willis declared arrogantly.
Funny. Trump could declare the same thing … Except he is being dragged through the mud in the media.
“I’m sorry folks get pissed off that everybody gets treated evenly,” Willis added angrily.
Wow. Talk about a total deficit in self-awareness.
Ms. Willis apparently believes she’s fully in the right … which only underscores how insanely corrupt the Dems truly are.
Bob Driscoll, a defense lawyer based in Washington, is not surprised by yet more delays in the saga of varied Georgia trials, noting the “legally novel” means that the prosecution has employed in yet another failed attempt to go after Trump.
“This shouldn’t be a huge surprise … The cases are all factually complex, legally novel, or both,” Driscoll drawled.
“Legally novel.” That’s a nice way of saying completely made up, not to mention totally fascist.
Steven Sadow, who serves as Trump’s attorney in Georgia, made it clear that the former (legally elected) president and top presidential candidate looks forward to putting Willis, and her corrupt backers, in their place.
“President Trump looks forward to presenting interlocutory arguments to the Georgia Court of Appeals as to why the case should be dismissed and Fulton County DA Willis should be disqualified for her misconduct in this unjustified, unwarranted political persecution,” Sadow proclaimed.
And, no matter what the Biden/Obama administration does, one thing is abundantly clear: the Georgia “trial” has been sunk before it ever really started, largely due to the greed, corruption, and full-blown incompetence demonstrated by the DEI-appointed officials.
Amy Lee Copeland, a former federal prosecutor in Georgia, sounded off on the “practical significance” of the case.
“The practical significance is we’re not going to have a trial in Georgia prior to the election,” Copeland declared.
Indeed.
Which means that Biden’s pitiable election interference attempts, have, once again, gone utterly sour.
