Giant Company Blows Off Physical Safety In Favor Of “Diversity”

Who needs short sellers when Elon Musk is ready, willing, and available to call out total nonsense perpetuated by formerly esteemed companies?

Including companies such as Boeing, which have unwisely chosen to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) over passenger safety.

Shockingly, Boeing has admitted to the dilution of concerns regarding passenger safety in its own official documentation.

“While our 2021 design incorporated operational performance in the areas of product safety, employee safety and quality, for 2022 we will add two other focus areas critical to our long-range business plan: climate and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I),” Boeing declared in a 2022 financial proxy statement.

Well, is that so? Who cares about passenger safety when climate change and diversity are clearly far more pressing?

… At least, that’s what the deeply overpaid executives at Boeing think, and they are indeed disgustingly overpaid if all they are tasked with doing is filling the ranks with people who check off identify boxes, rather than abilities.

Kind of like the tribalism that underpins endless civil wars in Africa, in case there were any doubts about where DEI is really going.

Of course, the Buttigieg-“led” FAA is on the scheme as well, actively seeking individuals with severe intellectual challenges to serve as air traffic controllers, per other recent (disturbing) reports.

“Because diversity is so critical, FAA actively supports and engages in a variety of associations, programs, coalitions and initiatives to support and accommodate employees from diverse communities and backgrounds. Our people are our strength, and we take great care in investing in and valuing them as such,” the FAA declared.

So, Boeing and the FAA, effectively working together in collusion to endanger passenger lives, all in favor of diversity.

How about protecting the lives of diverse passengers aboard every aircraft? Or are unintended consequences too challenging of a concept for woke warriors to take on?

It’s definitely not too much of a challenge for Mr. Musk, who has long lambasted DEI for exactly what it is – total nonsense.

“It will take an airplane crashing and killing hundreds of people for them to change this crazy policy of DIE,” Musk recently noted.

Musk also took aim at Boeing itself, which has had a number of safety mishaps as of late.

“Do you want to fly in an airplane where they prioritized DEI hiring over your safety? That is actually happening,” Musk queried.

Indeed, it is. And thank you, Mr. Musk, for linking directly to Boeing’s own deranged policies for executives.

Because focusing obsessively on box-check candidates was such a wise move right after the pandemic.

Is it any wonder that Boeing just had another mini catastrophe?

“On Friday, Jan. 5, an emergency door plug blew out of Alaska Air Flight 1282 leaving Portland, Oregon midair, resulting in an emergency landing as well as the grounding of 171 MAX 9 jets by the Federal Aviation Administration,” Barron’s reported.

Isn’t that something. What a way to start a DEI-obsessed year at Boeing.

Guessing as long as Boeing met its diversity quotas, it could care less about safety.
