Trump Associate Sentenced To Jail Time For Effective Non-Crime

It’s getting pretty scary when anyone associated with Trump is sentenced to jail time for an effective non-crime.

According to a report from The Blaze, Steve Bannon just been sentenced to four months in jail.

His crime? Contempt of Congress.

That’s right: The only crime identified is contempt of Congress, apparently due to Bannon blowing off a subpoena over January 6.

Meanwhile, illegals attack police, rob stores, and sell drugs, all while taking taxpayer money and all while remaining free.

Bannon, however?

He’s now going to jail for a “crime” that Fauci committed who knows how many times, as Fauci has also routinely blown off multiple subpoenas regarding COVID.

Two-tiered justice system, indeed.

“All of this is about one thing. This is about shutting down the MAGA movement, shutting down grassroots conservatives, shutting down President Trump,” Bannon asserted.

Indeed, it is.

“Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, the entire Justice Department — they’re not going to shut up Trump. They’re not going to shut up Navarro. They’re not going to shut up Bannon. And they’re certainly not going to shut up MAGA!” Bannon added.

Way to call out the entire rotten swamp. Which they are.

Though Bannon likely can win upon appeal.

“We’re gonna win at the Supreme Court … There’s not a jail built, not a prison built that can shut me up,” Bannon continued.

Par for the course in a Xiden dictatorship.

“This case raises a dynamic separation of powers issue. We know from years and decades of case law that the president and a former president has the authority to invoke executive privilege,” Bannon’s attorneys blared.

Yep. And everyone hilariously claimed that Trump would abuse his judicial authority. Right.

“It’s his prerogative to invoke and it’s presumptively valid when invoked. It’s not for Congress to determine whether it was an appropriate invocation or otherwise, and Congress cannot be the arbiter of how to respond to that. Only a court can be,” Bannon’s attorneys continued.

Precisely. Though many courts have become deeply corrupted in deep blue cities and states.

The Blaze Media cofounder and nationally syndicated radio host Glenn Beck is quite disturbed by these developments, suggesting that the United States is no longer even recognizable.

“Do you recognize your country anymore? We used to be a nation of fundamental rights granted to us by God, and we lived under a system of laws that promised justice. Not social justice, but justice justice. Can I ask you what American justice even means anymore?” Beck declared.

Doesn’t mean much under Biden, that’s for sure.

Biden lets millions of disease-ridden illegals stream across the border, though Americans were long banned from re-entering the nation without COVID tests or vaccines.

Something quite rotten in the state of Denmark.

“Was it justice when Steve Bannon was sentenced to four months in prison for contempt of Congress? We’ve seen people defy Congress for decades, but no one ever goes to jail,” Beck continued.

Yep. People have paid hush money for decades too, but Trump got 34 felonies over that one.

“The last time someone went to jail for this was back in 1961. Before that … 1948! It’s rare, even though we’ve seen people openly defy Congress time after time,” Beck added.

Well, Biden may be reverting to policies even earlier than that time, in particular policies that allow internment of American citizens or legal residents.

“Selectively deciding whether or not they’ll decide to enforce the law isn’t justice … [Bannon will do] four months in jail, but in January 2021, the former FBI lawyer that got caught falsifying evidence to spy on a member of President Trump’s staff was spared prison and given a minor slap on the wrist,” Beck continued.

Well, since the FBI lawyer fit the narrative, of course he would get a slap on the wrist.

Anyone else who does not fit the narrative … Well, they’re the enemy.
